The building consists of 5 flors with different kinds of apartments and studios and underground parking area for 15 cars. Access to the underground level is available by loading lift-ramp and to apartments – by residential lift and stairs. On the first floor there’s an optic shop.

The facade of the building is made of massive red stone, all common parts are luxury completed – 4 chamber window joinery golden oak, and metallic railing on windows.
