Newpoint originates from the idea of creating a house complex of a new generation that would offer its residents the best possible living conditions. Freedom, space and nature – these are the key words on which we are building a completely new type of complex for the city of Varna. Residential building in the center of Varna distributed in four plus terraced floors, also an underground level on which there are separate parking spots. The building is accessible for people with mobility problems. All entrances and access to the elevator are without stairs. On the ground floor are situated two offices which use entrances separate from the main entrance to the residential building.

The building is a ten story with two-levels of underground parking lot. Access to the underground parking is provided by a car platform.
Complex “Cabacum Plazza” consists of 2 design buildings framed by common infrastructure. Building 1 literally borders the sea water and for the convenience of the future residents the beach landing is foreseen.
The building consists of 5 flors with different kinds of apartments and studios and underground parking area for 15 cars. Access to the underground level is available by loading lift-ramp and to apartments – by residential lift and stairs. On the first floor there’s an optic shop.
TICHA Stadium is located in the town of Dolni Chiflik and provides excellent conditions for sport and recreation. The football field is in the central part of the sports complex and has artificial grass flooring. It is sized according to the current rules and norms and meets the requirements of UEFA and BFU for official football matches.
Long Beach Resort & SPA is located next to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Black Sea coast and the bio reserve “Kamchia Sands”. The complex consists of 9 designer buildings, with unique landscape with boutique plants, an outdoor swimming pool for adults and a children’s pool, as well as a swimming pool with natural mineral water for year-round use, with water warming.
